This notice explains what happens to personal data you provide through tenmans.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

TENMANS is the data controller for the personal data described here.
What is collected, and when
Only what you choose to send. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, your email address, and — where you provide them — your company, a submission date, and the content of your message. If you email or call instead, it is whatever those messages contain.
No account is created, no profile is built, and nothing is collected in the background beyond what is described under Cookies below.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and discuss possible work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and TENMANS' legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
- To keep records of business correspondence where accounting or contractual obligations require it (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never added to a marketing list. You will not receive a newsletter, because there isn't one.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on TENMANS' behalf and stores them until they are deleted. Email is handled by TENMANS' email provider. Both act as processors under contract. Nothing is shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Correspondence relating to an engagement is kept for as long as the relationship and the applicable statutory retention periods require, then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no tracking, no advertising pixel, no session cookie and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request in order to serve the font file.
If visitor statistics are added in future they will be a cookie-free service that does not identify individual visitors, and this notice will be updated before that happens.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to robert@tenmans.com and you will get an answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Croatian supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb — azop.hr.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
